Cold, sickness regimen

Zinc lozenges: one every 4 hours or so until sore throat subsides
Vitamin C: 1-2g per day as acerola cherry powder
Beef liver: 4 ounces, twice a week
Oysters: 3-4 cans a week
Grounding: as much as possible
Vitamin D: 20,000 IU / day
Aspirin: 80-160 mg
Methylene blue: 5-10 mg
Glycine: 6g at night

All of these have direct antiviral effects, are anti-inflammatory, support immune cell differentiation, mucus membranes or antioxidant status. Usually will kick it in a few days, won't miss a beat.
