Terms of Service

Effective date: February 22, 2026

By accessing or using Risorgi (including creating an account or posting content), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you use Risorgi for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization to these Terms.

1) Operator

"Risorgi," "we," "us," and "our" mean the service currently operated under the Risorgi name. If a formal legal entity is later designated as operator, these Terms will automatically apply to that entity as successor operator.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Risorgi. By using Risorgi, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use is legal where you live.

3) Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account without our written permission.
• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

4) User Content

"User Content" means text, images, media, links, and other material you upload, post, or otherwise make available through Risorgi.

4.1 Ownership

You keep ownership of your User Content. These Terms do not transfer ownership from you to us.

4.2 License You Grant to Risorgi

You grant Risorgi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, display, perform, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content for operating, improving, securing, and promoting Risorgi, including across media formats and distribution channels.

This license ends when your User Content is deleted from our active systems, except to the extent it has been shared with others, retained in backups, required for legal compliance, or already used in aggregated/de-identified form.

4.3 Your Promises About Content

By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own it or have all rights needed to post it and grant the license above.
• It does not infringe or violate any third-party rights (including IP, privacy, and publicity rights).
• It complies with these Terms and applicable law.

4.4 Moderation and Removal

We may monitor, review, remove, block, or refuse User Content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, at our sole discretion. We are not required to host or keep any User Content.

5) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to do any of the following:

• Post or share illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity.
• Violate copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights.
• Post hate speech, threats, harassment, abuse, or doxxing.
• Share sexually exploitative content or content involving minors.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent identity, affiliation, or authority.
• Send spam, scams, phishing, or deceptive commercial messages.
• Use bots, scraping, data extraction, or automated means without our permission.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass security controls.
• Use Risorgi to interfere with others' use or to damage the platform.
• Sell, rent, or trade accounts, usernames, or access credentials.

6) Intellectual Property

Risorgi and its software, design, branding, logos, and non-user content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Except as expressly allowed in writing, no rights are granted to you in our intellectual property.

7) Paid Features

Risorgi may introduce paid features in the future. If we do, additional billing and payment terms may apply and will be presented to you at that time.

8) Third-Party Services

Risorgi may include links, integrations, or services from third parties. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, or actions.

9) Service Changes and Availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Risorgi at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. We do not guarantee continuous availability, reliability, or security of the service.

10) Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RISORGI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RISORGI AND ITS AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, AND PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO RISORGI OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) EUR 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Risorgi and its affiliates, service providers, licensors, and personnel from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of Risorgi; (b) your User Content; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13) Governing Law and Disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, these Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or relating to Risorgi are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Risorgi operator is established at the time the dispute arises, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Risorgi agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in that same jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you a non-waivable right to bring claims elsewhere.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, claims must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.

14) Termination

You may stop using Risorgi at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the revised version and update the effective date above. Your continued use of Risorgi after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

16) Privacy

Your use of Risorgi is also subject to our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy.

17) Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement: These Terms are the full agreement between you and Risorgi about the service.
• Severability: If one part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• No waiver: If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
